Tender description

Quotations are sought from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the removal of unauthorised horses grazing on land owned or managed by Gateshead Council under the provisions of the Animals Act 1971, as amended by the Control of Horses Act 2015 and other relevant legislation. The Contract will be divided into 2 Lots: Lot 1 – Targeted Removal of Multiple Animals (lifts of 3 or more horses) Lot 2 – Reactive Removal of Animals (small lifts of 1 or 2 horses) Organisations may bid for either or both Lots.
