Award: The Council is seeking to appoint 1 suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out External improvement works to circa 2 900 properties and would include the following: — Window replacement with an anticipated value of 1 200 000 GBP. — Door replacement with an anticipated value of 630 000 GBP. — External wall insulation (to mainly non-traditional type construction properties) with an anticipated value of 2 100 000 GBP. — Cavity wall insulation with an anticipated value of 1 000 000 GBP. — Loft insulation with an anticipated value of 500 000 GBP. — Associated enabling works to the above elements with an anticipated value of 600 000 GBP.
