The South Eastern Regional College (SERC) is a top 20 UK college, aiming to be a world class College by 2020 and has been described as the ‘cutting edge’ College of the Northern Ireland Further Education sector. SERC has over 30 000 enrolments each year and partnerships with over 1 100 companies including BT, Bombardier, Coca Cola and Canyon Europe. South Eastern Regional College services the geographical area of Holywood, Bangor, Newtownards, Lisburn, Ballynahinch, Downpatrick and Newcastle. The School of Hospitality is a Grade 1 School therefore they are seeking to appoint a Contractor with the capability and capacity to supply and deliver Fresh Fruit and Vegetables which meet all industry and educational standards in order to maintain these awards. The contract will commence in August 2016 and will remain in force for 2 years, with a possible two further 1 year extensions subject to satisfactory performance and agreement between the parties.
