Tender description

The Client is leasing a new Shell & Core Commercial Unit with 534.10m² over a Ground and Mezzanines Floor area. The Works package will essentially be a fit-out of the internal space including new stairs, partition walls, internal doors, ME&P, fire protection and access control systems, but excluding external doors and fenestration; creating 4 nr. classroom spaces, w.c. for secondary school age students, and associated educational and administration facilities. The Works must be completed for the start of the academic year on 02nd Sept 2016. The works comprise a turn-key package including design coordination, the site preparation, and programme management.
