Tender description

The project involves the construction of a new build replacement Primary School, the refurbishment of an existing listed building (which will be incorporated into the new school) and the demolition and removal of the existing school building on the site of the Enniskillen Model Primary School, Castlecoole Road, Enniskillen. The existing school will remain live and operational during the construction of the new school. The project is a new 16 Class base school providing suitable educational facilities for KS1 and KS2 pupils, Speech and Language classrooms, school meals accommodation, a multi-purpose hall, changing rooms, administration areas, toilets and ancillary accommodation. The works will also include alterations and the internal re-modelling of the existing listed building, along with associated site works, etc. The project has been designed with a phasing strategy to allow the existing school to remain live and fully operational during the construction period.
