INVITATION TO TENDER CORK CITY RETAINING WALL CONTRACTS Applications are invited from competent Contractors who wish to be included on a tender list for a number of retaining wall contracts in Cork City in 2016 on behalf of Cork City Council. Tendering will be a two-stage process involving a pre-qualification questionnaire leading to a shortlist for tender. Each contract will involve repair works to one or more structures throughout Cork City. The works include but are not limited to: Masonry repair and repointing; Installation of anchors and soil nails; Application of gunite; Drainage works; Concrete works; Vegetation Clearance; Associated Traffic Management; The successful applicants will have considerable experience in structural works to retaining walls as outlined in the prequalification questionnaire. Pre-Qualification Questionnaires will be qualitatively assessed and a minimum of five tenderers will be invited to tender. The Pre-qualification Questionnaire documentation is attached.
