Tender description
The replacement of boiler plant and associated heating, hot and cold water services. Contractors submitting a tender must meet and confirm the following requirements: The contractor shall be gas safe registered and all electrical work shall be carried out by a NIC EIC approved contractor. To ensure that only a competent contractor and people are employed for this contract, the contractor shall ensure the work is supervised at all times on site by someone who has attended a CITB Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme course. All other employees working on the site shall have attended Asbestos Awareness Training and a CITB Health & Safety Awareness Course or be in possession of a current CSCS card.
