Tender description

The Education Funding Agency working with the Eden Girls School (Slough) and the Tauheedal Trust seek a suitably experienced Contractor to express their interest to tender for the strip out works to part of a current commercial office building in Slough. The Contractor will be procured on a JCT design and build basis with EFA schedule of amendments to strip out and dispose/retain an itemised schedule of materials/components within the Thames Valley Court building in Slough. The target construction programme will commence at the start of July 2016 and will be complete by mid-August 2016.
