Works required for Boiler 3 - Remove and replace pass tubes

Tender description

The Scope of works are as follows. • Submit acceptable RAMs before start of job commences • Remove 121 2nd pass tubes (50mm OD x 3.2mm x 3200mm)swelled 1/16” at one end • Remove 148 3rd pass tubes (50mm OD x 3.2mm x 3980mm) swelled 1/16” at one end • Ensure tube plates is prepared ready for new tube install and co-ordinate with insurer for inspection, if required • Clean up tube holes • Supply 121 2nd pass tubes (see above) • Supply 148 3rd pass tubes (see above) • Fit a total of 269 tubes by expansion into tube plates • Carry out hydraulic test on completion to manufacturing specification
