The Knoll, Infrastructure works

Tender description

Tenders are invited for the construction of new adoptable highway extension to South March, Daventry and plateau formation for new industrial park and car parking including services required to highway i.e. street lighting, signage and provision of ducts or services for proposed industrial development. The Knoll is an area of land that is zoned in the Local Plan for industrial use. It forms the crown of a hill (hence “The Knoll”) and is just over five acres in area. The project is to prepare the land for industrial development by constructing a plateau or series of plateau, constructing extensions to existing highway to form a site access and extending the public utilities services into the site entrance.
