However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Tenders are invited for the supply of services in respect of Temporary Homeless Persons’ Accommodation. The City of Lincoln Council wishes to increase the number of good quality temporary accommodation units it can access in order to temporarily house homeless applicants.
