Tender description
Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of various repairs and minor works. The Authority wishes to award measured term contracts for the following lots: 1. General Building: a. East b. West 2. Roofing 3. Finishes 4. Glazing and window replacement 5. Electrical Services 6. Mechanical and plumbing services PLEASE STIPULATE THE LOT APPLIED FOR ON YOUR TENDERB RESPONSE DOCUMENT. The proposed contracts will be for the initial period of one year with an option to extend for further period(s) up to one year and it is anticipated to be awarded to a single supplier for each lot. The contract will be based on the National Schedule of Rates (NSR) and a Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) Standard Form of Measured Term Contract.
