Tender description

The Service Provider will be responsible for financing and delivering the design and construction of the replacement day care accommodation (approx. 400m2 NIA) to accommodate approximately 67 children. This would include the provision of all necessary associated site works including utilities and infrastructure services. In addition, the Developer would be responsible for the financing and management of the completed independent facility comprising provision and operation of buildings, security, cleaning, utilities and infrastructure services, etc.
