Tender description

We are requesting tenders for the painting of the entire exterior of the Darndale Belcamp Village Centre, approx. 50,000 Sq Feet.The project will be broken down into 3 phases: Phase 1 This will consist of painting the main building which will also include the bell building area (area is marked in orange on the drawing provided) This area will take two weeks to complete (weather permitting) The area will then be snagged and signed off for payment which will consist of a payment of one third of the full price. Phase 2 This will consist of painting the apartment area and the crèche area which includes the main wall on the front of the apartments which is currently not painted. (area is marked in green on the drawing provided) This area will take two weeks to complete (weather permitting) The area will then be snagged and signed off for payment which will consist of the second third of the full price. Phase 3 This will consist of painting the health centre and shop area this area will need to be washed down by the maintenance staff of DBVC, all areas will be agreed by Tony Brady (Maintenance Manager) (area is marked in yellow on the drawing provided) This area will take two weeks to complete (weather permitting) The area will then be snagged and signed off for the final payment which will consist of the final third of the payment.
