Tender description

As part of UCL’s annual Summer Works Programme, the following works will be undertaken. Fabric works to the ground and first floors include redecorations, strip out of vinyl and parquet floor finishes within en-suite bathrooms, re-screeding and installation of new vinyl flooring, installation of new shower screens, refurbishment of two accessible bathrooms and fire stopping works. Mechanical and electrical works include installation of replacement LED lighting throughout bedrooms on the ground and first floors, installation of new Thorn emergency lighting to the ground, first and second floors, replacement shower consoles and improvements to ventilation within en-suite bathrooms.
