Tender description

The works generally consist of the dismantling demolition and disposal of redundant partitions, floor finishes and redundant Building services elements in the area and the supply and installation of the required mechanical and electrical services in the area together with any replacement floor tiles required, all new floor finishes, redecoration of the area and the testing and commissioning of the building services installations at completion.
