Flat Roof Overhalf

Tender description

CITB which to procure a single supplier for approximately 2550m2 of flat roofing overhaul and associated insulation, flashings, parapets, copings and rain water goods repairs and replacements, on various buildings, all in accordance with current building regulations to provide a fully waterproofed roof that must be supported by a system guarantee, minimum 20 years. All works must be completed by the end of November 2016. Site visits at Bircham Newton have been arranged for week commencing 13th June 2016, and it is strongly recommended that you attend, as this will assist in establishing the final scope of works. CITB will provide a mewp and a driver for you to access the roofs and a list of buildings will be provided on the day. No other dates outside of this week will be available for a site visit. Please provide the names of your representatives who will be attending to maintenance@citb.co.uk , they will then be contacted with a date and time slot for their site visit.
