FLAMSTEAD COURT REFURBISHMENT (B0 CELLULAR OFFICES PROJECT)

Tender description

The scope of work is to include stripping out works, redecoration and refurbishment works in accordance with the drawings, specifications and all other documents included as part of the tender documentation. This includes all enabling works, making good works, the design and modification/installation of required mechanical and electrical works and any other works arising from or associated with the complete refurbishment of the areas identified. The project can commence at the Contractor’s discretion to suit the required completion date following the culmination of the final term on Friday 24th June 2016. The store room which is to be converted will not be available for works to commence until Monday 25th July 2016. The contract completion date will be Monday 5th September 2016. The form of contract will be the JCT Design and Build Contract 2011 including Amendment 1. Tenders are to be submitted no later than 12pm on Tuesday 14th June 2016
