Tender description
Future Space — City of Wolverhampton Civic Centre Building and Services Life Extension Works. Future Space is part of the Council's Confident Capable Council (C3) transformational programme. The primary project within the Future Space programme is the life extension and renewal works required to the mechanical and electrical services within the Civic Centre building. These works will allow the continued availability and use of this key corporate building. This contract will be procured using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation.
