Tender description
The project consists of improvements to the natural turf pitches and the development of 2 new floodlit AGPs. These will be supported by a 1 500 m2, 2 storey pavilion including changing facilities, a club house and gym facilities. External works including a new access road and car park will also be constructed. It should be noted that the natural turf pitches and the 2 new floodlit AGPs will be designed and constructed by Contractor's off the FA Framework. The Contractor under this Contract will be responsible for appointing these Contractors and subsequently managing them.
