Asset Valuations

Tender description

Weymouth and Portland Borough Council invites quotations for the supply of Asset Valuations in both the Weymouth and Portland and West Dorset areas for the year 2015/2016 requiring their completion on or before 31st October 2016. All valuations supplied will be dated 1st April 2016. The valuations will be relied on for Capital Accounting and future Asset Management purposes. A copy of the Invitation to Quote document with a list of properties in each Council area requiring asset valuations is available on request. Applicants should note that the documentation sets out the service required in more detail and gives instructions in the preparation and submission of the quotation. The Council reserves the right to reject any quotation that does not fully comply with these instructions. Applicants wishing to quote should contact Jon Morgan (jmorgan@dorset.gov.uk) to obtain the Invitation to Quote pack and submit their quotation by noon 17th June 2017.
