Re-roofing works to flat roof Strip off all existing covering and insulation, replace with a roof covering system such as ESHA or similar to be approved by the client. Roof system must be backed by a 32 year labour and manufacturers backed guarantee, all works to be carried out by an officially approved installer. Contractor to provide a guarantee certificate of installation, backed by the manufacturer to ensure it is installed as per manufacturer's recommendations. Allow for all preliminary items such as access / scaffolding, site protection as works proceed, disposal of all waste arising, statutory requirements / compliance i.e. Building notice and CDM method and risk assessments etc.
