West Berkshire District Council is seeking a Provider to deliver a network of bus services radiating from Newbury town centre. To achieve this, West Berkshire District Council is conducting a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation. The Council reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders without conducting negotiations. The Council reserves the right to operate a staged procedure to gradually reduce the number of solutions or tenders to be negotiated.
