Tender description

The project entails the provision of a new build replacement school for disabled children and children with special educational needs on the existing live and operational site of Rossmar School, 2 Ballyquin Road, Limavady. The provision of suitable educational facilities for a new 19 class base school providing accommodation for 110 pupils providing nursery, primary, post-primary and post-16, school meals accommodation, multi-purpose hall, changing rooms, administration area, associated support rooms and toilets, ancillary accommodation, external stores and greenhouse facilities including alterations, adaptations and extension to existing drainage and site works.
