Tender description

Contract 1 — Sighthill TRA Ground Remediation is a Design & Build Contract which will require the appointment of a Contractor to develop a detailed design for this particular contract. The scope of works incorporates, but is not limited to, remediation of contaminated soils, treatment of Galligu, grout curtains, groundwater pump,treat and bioremediation, removal of redundant landscaping structures, earthworks to realise a serviced development platform, slope stabilisation, new road works, utilities and construction of bus turning circle, demolition works, and ecological mitigation where required.
