Devon County Council invites you to tender for the provision of passenger transport. From 2.4.2012 Devon County Council (DCC) manages its passenger transport procurement through a method called a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). DCC has worked with a large number of operators for many years; We want this to continue and this system allows for this to continue. It acts as a gateway for you to become an approved supplier / contractor and you will then receive individual requests for quotations. DCC manages passenger transport provision for its own needs as well as those of other public bodies in the County. The potential contracts you can submit a quotation for 1 you have become an approved supplier includes: — School and College Transport — Transport for Child social care — Transport for Adult clients' needs — Transport for Health and other associated services — Public Transport. Please ensure that you express an interest in this opportunity and download and complete all of the mandatory questions before submitting the completed questionnaire. For those contractors that have previously completed and ‘failed’ to gain entry you will still need to express an interest in this opportunity, and you can if you wish use your previous submission ensuring this time that all questions are completed prior submitting through this portal. Similarly for any contractors who have been previously successful you can amend and update your submission at any time After the closing date there is a mandatory stand still period of 10 days prior to successful contractors being accepted on to the approved lists. In addition there is now an opportunity to receive tender information for Torbay Council contracts. Existing approved DCC contractors will be contacted separately to indicate if they wish to also receive this information. We look forward to working with you in the future.
