Tender description

The Royal Parks are seeking an experienced contractor to undertake repairs to listed boundary brickwork walls across the Royal Parks in London, based on a tendered schedule of rates. Repairs shall involve general maintenance including; the replacement of missing and spalled bricks, repointing in accordance with condition survey priorities and rebuilding works following damage or collapse. The contractor will be required to demonstrate their experience of working with traditional materials and to provide evidence of their bricklaying skills and training that will meet English Heritage and Local Authority Conservation Officer approval.
