Tender description

The contractor?s attention is drawn to the existing buildings, passages and highways that exist on/adjacent to the site. The contractor is to ensure that the construction stability of all adjacent properties is not affected in any way whatsoever by the works and access is maintained to all adjoining properties during the construction of the works. Pedestrian and cycle access is to be maintained at all times along the whole length of Mill Lane throughout the construction period. Re-construction work in the vicinity of building entrances and fire exits is to be agreed in advance with the DMU and De Montfort Surgery as the works progress.
