Tender description

The University of Salford is seeking to select a Contractor to undertake the refurbishment & remodelling of part of the first floor in the Newton Building to provide post-graduate research work & breakout space. Please note that all works are to be undertaken out of hours and any cost associated with out of hours working should be included within the form of tender. This project is being part funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Further specific requirements are contained in the tender documents available from the Intend portal.
