Tender description

The provision of works for pitched roofing and associated product projects for public sector organisations in 2 regional lots throughout Scotland. The arrangement will be awarded under two value bands (Value band 1 [small] or Value band 2 [large]). Micro/SME's will be encouraged to tender for the lower value band (Project value: 5 000 GBP — 250 000 GBP), in one OR two adjoining geographic area Lots. Larger organisations will be encouraged to tender for the higher value band (Project values: 250 000 GBP +) in one or two geographic area Lots in Scotland. It is envisaged that eleven (5) companies will be appointed to each geographic area Lot.
