Lambeth has a vision to create high quality and sustainable outdoor sports facilities, which meets community needs and increases participation in sports and provides accessible, inclusive activities for all Lambeth citizens . The Council proposes to create a multi-sports complex. Works will include a 3G football pitch, macadam surface for mixed games, cricket nets, equipment storage area, and multi games area. To be surrounded by sports pitch fencing. New floodlights are also proposed for the football pitches and mixed games area. Refurbishment of the changing rooms building to include community spaces, and changing rooms, public toilets facilities and a sports management office. The facility will be completed with associated hard and soft landscaping.Works will also include provision for including dedicated communityrooms.
