Tender description
The forthcoming contract is to provide NHS Wales with a range of meat products including raw, fresh, frozen and cooked. The meat products will include, joints, steak, sliced meats, minced, diced, shoulder and leg. Delivery of these products will be required direct to NHS Hospital sites. The estimated cost shown below is for the duration of the contract (4 years).
