The University of Essex is looking to build a new sports hall. The project comprises of the design and construction of a single storey sports hall with 3 storey ancillary areas including fitness suite, changing rooms, classrooms, toilets, offices, reception, plant room, sports therapy suite, kitchen, sports social space and bar. Complete with all services and external works. This is an OJEU Restricted procedure for the construction of a Sports Hall at the University of Essex, Colchester campus.
