Sandyford Depot Extension Works

Tender description

The Employer requires a contractor with expertise in civil engineering, structural engineering, building works, building services, traction power and overhead conductor system engineering works and track works for the purposes of carrying out the following activities: •A building extension of approx. 18m (approx. 900 m2) to the south east of the existing depot building including temporary works, building services works and external works associated with this element; •A building extension of approx. 14.5m ( approx. 700 m2) to the north west of the existing depot building including temporary works, building services works and external works associated with this element; •Internal reconfigurations to the proposed and current administration building including building works, building services, electrical works and building finishes works associated with this element; •Provision of additional tram stabling, realignment to existing track works on the north fan and associated modifications and additions to the current traction power and Overhead Conductor System (OCS) including temporary works associated with this element; •Any other related works required by the Employer.
