Notting Hill Housing's (NHH) Home Options service are inviting suppliers experienced in delivering minor maintenance projects to join NHH's Approved List, which will be managed through Construction Line. Home Options' provides temporary accommodation through the management of units owned by third parties. NHH's responsibility for these units extends to maintaining the property to the same standard from when the property became the responsibility of NHH. The scope of works for this Approved List is restricted and only includes, works involving making defects good, repairs to faulty fixtures and fittings provided by the Property Owner and clearance and cleaning services once a property has become void This Notice is to last 12 months from the date of publication and includes all minor building works projects. The combined value is less than 4 000 000 GBP per annum across 2 300 properties. Each individual project is estimated to be less than 1 000 GBP. The specific works that may be procured under this Approved List cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however the nature and types of works that may be required are summarised below: redecoration, electrical repairs, internal to property and communal areas e.g. doorbells/entry phone, Plumbing repairs. Rectifying leaks to baths, taps and waste pipes and monitoring leaks, Make-good repairs to kitchens, Window repairs, including replacing glazing and sash cords, light and deep clean/clear of properties (internal and external areas such as gardens). The services included within the scope of this Approved List are indicative and prior to services being commissioned under this Contract, NHH will conduct a full inventory of tasks which need to be completed. Not all properties will require the same level of work and any works which are required will be defined within the scope of services at the point of placing the Call-Off Contract.
