Tender description
The contract is available for application by a general building contractor, demolition contractor or asbestos removal contractor acting as the principal contractor for the duration of the contract who will appoint and supervise all required sub-contractors. The contractor will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of the following works either directly or by employing suitably qualified and experienced sub-contractors: (a) Site set up (b) Asbestos removal (c) Demolition and removal (d) Ground works for the car park (e) Reinstatements to H block and Riverside (f) Groundworks for a new bike shed
