NUI Galway is seeking to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement (FWA) for the provision of Commercial Agent Services. Such services to include market analysis and the subsequent delivery of successfully executed Exclusivity Contracts around the rights to distribute, sell and promote products and services to the staff, students and visitors to the university. Other services include the identification of opportunities for corporate naming rights across campus, determining a value for any identified opportunities and negotiating a successful outcome for the University. Interested candidates should select the contract notice on the etenders website and "accept" the invitation to gain access to the tender document. Suppliers must be registered with the etenders website in order to do this. Registration is free of charge.
