Part of the BFI core operation is the logistics of moving a large amount of film based material and cultural artefacts between the Stephen Street and Southbank sites, and to other partners both UK and internationally based. The majority of the material is 16/35/70mm film cans, video tapes, hard drives, USB sticks, DVDs and Blu-ray. This contract is to manage the logistics of this material movement within the central London area and also to accept and dispatch material to and from other parts of the UK and internationally and provide safe, secure and tracked transport of cultural artefacts and BFI business related items.
