Tender description
The Council seeks the services of a Main Contractor for the refurbishment of a ‘B’ listed building (former County Buildings) to form a Partnership Centre facility in the centre of Linlithgow, West Lothian. West Lothian Council has a vision for new buildings which feature high quality design, which are distinctive in our communities and a focus for civic pride. This contract will be for a period of 10 months with an option to extend the contract for a further period as allowed under the SBCC contract, subject to continued requirement by the Authority.
