Tender description

The works involve the minor refurbishment of the existing Ocean Ward to provide additional facilities. The works will be undertaken whilst the Ocean Ward is in full occupation. As a consequence of this, the works will have to be undertaken in two distinct phases. Phase 1 will involve the works to create the Wet Room, Kitchen and Nurse Base. Phase 2 will involve the works to create the Sensory Room, Staffroom and Living Area. Phase 2 will not be allowed to commence until Phase 1 has been completed, commissioned and handed over to the Trust.
