Nature: Laboratory refurbishment to N8 including the supply, installation, commissioning & testing of :- fume cupboards; new laboratory furniture, benching worktops, sinks et al; design supply & installtion & commissioning of new extract ventilation to new fume cupboards; design, supply installation, commissioning & testing of new make-up air to ensure the fume cupboards operate safely at all time; design supply, installation , testing & commissiong of a new heating system to the whole of the North Tower 8th floor; general refurbishment works encompassing typical building, electrical & mechanical trades,aswell asbestos encapsulation & removal works and all standard finishing trades . • Location: University of Derby, Kedleston Road Campus, North & East Towers, Kedleston Road, Derby.
