Tender description
The London Borough of Waltham Forest (the Authority) is seeking to appoint a single operator to provide Home Improvement Agency (HIA) Services across the London Borough of Waltham Forest. We are seeking a provider capable of responding effectively to dynamic environments and of delivering client-centred services to elderly, vulnerable and disabled residents, enabling them to maintain independent living. This aim will be achieved through the provision of home adaptations, repairs, and improvements, underpinned by high-quality advice, technical and casework skills.
