Alterations to Moorland Centre Edale

Tender description

To remodel the internal spaces of The Moorland Centre to create better use of office space to accommodate some reorganisation of the building users and will comprise: i) creating new openings through existing masonry walls ii) constructions of new partitions and doors to achieve new layout iii) blocking up of existing openings iv) alterations to below and above ground drainage systems and installation of new sanitary ware v) alterations to electrical, mechanical, heating, hot and cold water installations to suit new layout vi) installation of fixtures and fittings vii) new floor finishes viii) decoration
