Tender description

A comprehensive works and individual trade work for capital projects. The Framework will be broken down into 2 Lots: Lot 1 — Works over 500 000 GBP: All work will be awarded following further competition in-line with the published specification and evaluation documentation. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the works with a given project. Lot 2 — Works under 500 000 GBP: All work will be awarded following further competition in-line with the published specification and evaluation documentation. The Contractor will be responsible for all specified requirements within the further competition documentation. Lot 2 will be split as follows: — Joinery general building (Lot 2a); — Mechanical (Lot 2b); — Electrical (Lot 2c).
