A framework agreement opportunity with 2 Lots: Lot 1 — Bathrooms and Minor Adaptations, e.g. Installation of wet rooms, grab rails; Lot 2 — General Adaptations, e.g. Installation of ramps. This is the Framework specification to provide a responsive adaptations service including Bathrooms and Minor Adaptations for adults, children and older people with physical or sensory impairment. This will be items from installing wet-rooms to fixing grab rails. This Framework Agreement is for Suppliers to provide General Adaptations, this may include: — Provision of ramped access to front or rear of property; — Adaptation of kitchen facilities; — Supply and installation of remote entry systems over 1 000 GBP; — Door widening and other structural alterations; — Ground-works for external step lifts; — Conversion of accommodation for habitable use.
