Tender description

Halton Borough Council wishes to carry out the infill of the existing courtyard to provide additional teaching, resource and intervention space to the following property; Weston Primary School, Lambsickle Lane, Weston Village, Runcorn The work will comprise the following:- Removal and strip of existing soft play area and associated equipment and the provision of new floor, roof and finishes to infill the courtyard to provide additional resource and intervention space, to include all associated building, electrical and mechanical works. All to be complete as per specification and drawings.
