Tender description

Clyde Gateway wishes to appoint consultants within a framework agreement to provide a range of property consultancy services in relation to the valuation, marketing and management of its property portfolio, together with general agency advice on development, appraisals, site acquisitions and disposals, with additional input as required on specialisms such as building consultancy, planning and rating matters. The required services are split into 2 separate lots.
