Tender description

Partick Housing Association Ltd. seeks to appoint a major works contractor to deliver our St. Peters School Affordable Housing project. The project involves converting one of the two existing school buildings, dating from c. 1905, into 21 flats. The second building, dating from c. 1890 is to be demolished and 39 new build flats provided on the site. Undercroft parking is also to be provided. The project will be procured by traditional competitive tendering. Some elements of the work will be contractor designed however Partick Housing Association Ltd. has appointed its own design team.
