Tender description

Elland Road Phase 2 is the 2nd such scheme to be introduced and it follows the successful implementation of Phase 1 in 2014 which provides circa 420 car parking spaces. Phase 2 involves a permanent, high quality paving block surface which is to be lit, drained and formally set out for circa 365 car parking spaces. Zebra crossings (adj RBT), CCTV, fencing and gates will be installed to provide safety/security. A key feature of the project will be a quality landscaping scheme to ensure the aesthetics of the area are transformed to provide a high calibre visual impact for end users.
