Warmley Park School - Phase 1 Works: Demolition and Building Refurbishment & Alteration Works with Associated External Works

The project broadly comprises demolition part of the existing pool building, internal remodelling works to part of the existing school and repair/ replace existing windows/ external doors and roofs with associated external works at the Warmley Park School. The following scope of works are included under Phase 1. 1) Asbestos strip and demolition works to the existing pool changing ancillary areas, including decommissioning the existing M&E and swimming pool kit (new changing and ancillary areas will be constructed under Phase 2). 2) Repair/ replace existing flat roof A including rooflights. 3) Replace part of the existing windows & external doors. 4) Internal remodelling to various rooms/ areas to suit the new requirement. 5) External works – Construct new soft and hard landscaping works in areas between the existing building and side road.
